There’s also been an ongoing conversation for a little over a year now about who “invented” trap music. DJ Toomp wants to settle the debate once and for all.
Sunday DJ Toomp took to Instagram to issue a challenge to Gucci Mane and Zaytoven. He wants Zay and Gucci to put together their best 2018 trap record and Toomp and T.I. to record their best 2018 trap record and let the people decide who the real kings of trap are.
